Terms & Conditions

How MateQ works, what we allow, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

Using MateQ

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or a fixed price. We review each request, confirm feasibility, and agree scope and pricing with you before work begins. Results, evidence, and timelines depend on the nature of the task and local conditions.

Acceptable use (customers)

You may only request legitimate, lawful tasks. In particular, you must not ask us to:

  • Carry out illegal, harmful, violent, or fraudulent activities
  • Harass, intimidate, stalk, or invade someone’s privacy
  • Misrepresent who you are or why a visit is needed
  • Ask for anything that would put people or property at unreasonable risk

We may decline, pause, or cancel any request at our discretion — including after it has started — if it appears to violate these terms.

Local representatives

Local people who carry out tasks for MateQ are expected to act professionally and respectfully. Detailed conduct and task terms are shared with them when a task is assigned (for example by email or message).

If something goes wrong

If anything goes wrong during or after a visit — including unprofessional, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour by a local representative, or misuse of access or information — contact us immediately using the phone/WhatsApp or email on our Contact page. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
