Access is limited to people operating MateQ as needed to fulfil your request. A local representative may receive only the details required for that specific task (for example location notes and instructions). We do not sell your information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.

Photos, video & reports

Evidence is collected only as needed for the task you requested. It is shared with you as the customer. Local representatives should not keep or reuse evidence beyond completing the assigned work. We handle evidence carefully and only for service delivery.

How long we keep it

We keep request and task information while it is needed to complete your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (for example to handle follow-ups or disputes). You can ask us to delete your request data earlier where we are able to do so.

Children
